Although nowadays professionals are required to work as a team, we still hire professionals based only on skills and interviews. Inborn talents are not always – or almost never – evaluated, or the group with which the professional to be hired will work is considered.
Professionals with the talent appropriate to the company’s needs have a significantly better potential for achievement and development. Sometimes, brilliant professionals do not fit or work in a particular team, bringing more problems than solutions.
